History: Golden Apple IGA continental’s sausages have been one of there trade mark draw cards to the locals and visitors. No one around the area make this type of sausage. They were awarded best pork sausage in southern NSW 2 years ago. Adding the grilled capsicums and cheese and sauce just makes this easy meal one of the tastiest sausage hot dog that you will ever taste. My late father created the recipe this sausage that has lived on for over 40 years.
