Ingredients

50 g butter
50 g blue cheese
2 shallots
Salt & Pepper
*Serving size calculator is approximate, feel free to adjust by adding a pinch here and there as needed

Method

  1. Combine butter, blue cheese, shallots and stir adding salt and pepper.
  2. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
